Story
Eun led the Moraedo recovery project. Searching the relics of a village drowned thirty years ago, she touched the black fragment first, and that night the sea entered her dreams. In the dream she walks Moraedo's streets and breathes underwater.
Back in the lab, small changes appear in her body. The skin behind her ear hardens like scales, salt gathers on her hands, and she hears the sea's song. She covers it with bandages and a jacket, records the symptoms and tries to remain human.
In seven days the spring tide comes, and Eun concludes the black fragment must go back to the sea. If it does, Moraedo may sink again and the dreams may stop. But the sea is already inside her. She must choose whether to return to being human, become part of the sea, or find a third way.
