Terms of Use

The site is a browser interface for chatting with AI models using an API key you issued yourself. It is delivered as static files and runs no application server.

The AI models are provided by their respective providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, OpenRouter and others), not by the site. Model quality, availability and policy are the provider's decision.

• You issue and manage your own API key. Keeping it safe and controlling its use is your responsibility.
• Usage fees and applicable taxes are billed by the provider directly to you. The site is not involved in payment and neither charges nor refunds usage fees.
• You must also follow each provider's terms and policies. Any restriction or suspension caused by violating them is outside the site's control.
• If your key is lost or exposed, revoke it in the provider console. The site does not store keys and cannot do this for you.

The following are not allowed.

• Using someone else's API key, or publishing a key publicly
• Using the site to generate content that is illegal or infringes the rights of others
• Clicking ads fraudulently or manipulating impressions
• Interfering with the normal operation of the site or its ads
• Using provider APIs in ways their terms prohibit

The site is funded by third-party ads such as Google AdSense. Ad content and the pages they link to are provided by the advertiser, not the site, and any transaction through an ad is between you and that advertiser.

The site does not blend ads into content or style them to look like navigation.

• The site's name, logo, design and copy belong to the site operator.
• Provider trademarks and model names (Claude, GPT, Gemini, OpenRouter and others) belong to their respective owners.
• The site is not affiliated with or endorsed by any AI provider.
• Conversation content you create belongs to you. The site does not store or use it on a server.

• You keep the rights to, and are responsible for, characters you publish to the user store. Only publish content you made or have the right to share.
• By publishing you allow other users to view, download and chat with the character using their own API keys, and allow the site to store and display it as needed to run the store.
• Saving in this browser is free. Data kept on the site's server (characters published to the user store) is free up to a set capacity per account; beyond that a paid storage plan is required. When a plan ends, published characters are not deleted, but new publishing or updates that grow past the free capacity are blocked.
• Sexual content involving minors, explicit adult content, defamation or impersonation of real people, hate or incitement to violence, personal data, other people's work without permission, and spam may not be published.
• Characters with several reports are hidden from the list automatically, and moderators may hide or delete characters that break these rules without notice. Repeated violations may restrict the account.
• The site does not review user content in advance and does not guarantee that it is accurate or lawful. Rights-infringement claims can be sent with the report button on the character page or to the contact email below.

The site may change its features or discontinue the service without prior notice. It may also be shut down if ad revenue no longer covers operating costs.

Export any conversations you want to keep before that happens. Because the site is static, a saved copy can still be opened offline.

The site is provided "as is". It makes no warranty about the accuracy, fitness or legal compliance of model output.

• Decisions you make based on model output, and their consequences, are your responsibility.
• The site is not liable for losses caused by provider outages, network failures or browser policy changes beyond its control.
• Where applicable law does not allow liability to be excluded, those laws apply.

Chats and keys live in your browser. Clearing browser data, changing devices or closing a private window can remove them. Back up important conversations with the export feature.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes follow the procedures and jurisdiction set by applicable law.
